On your first day: make sure to pick up your key from the reception desk of your home location, or ask your team's office manager.

Flex Desk & Spaces Basic Members

• Drop-in access to TNW West & TNW City on weekdays during reception hours
• Drop-in access to TNW South by appointment only

Online-only Members

• No keycard or membercard
• Drop-in access to TNW West & TNW City by booking a meeting room or flex desk only
• Upgrade to a Spaces Membership possible

Please note, after our reception desks close, only office & desk members have 24/7 access with their key. All other members must exit the space.

Leaving TNW? All keycards are property of TNW and should be handed in before or on your last day. We charge a non-refundable fee for any lost or non-returned keycards, which will be added to your company's invoice.
